1. Heating by heat. The equipment is transported to the outer heater above the belt feeding tissue of the edge banding machine, so that the edge banding is preheated and heated when passing through the belt feeding tissue, which increases the flexibility of the edge banding and reduces the stress and stress of the thick edge banding (3mm). Tension, to ensure that the edge bands are glued and bonded under preheated and softened conditions, so that the bonding between the furniture edge bands and the substrate is stronger.

 2. Heating the drying pad. A heating plate or heating tube is installed below the tape feeding tray to preheat the edge banding on the tape feeding tray. After the heated edge banding is coated with the hot melt adhesive, the cooling and condensing rate of the hot melt adhesive is delayed. Conducive to chemical reactions and mechanical interlocking in the cohesion process.

 3. Wood heating. Add a heating device (heating tube can be installed on the part where the wood edge banding passes through the magnetic positioning guide rail), so that the magnetic positioning guide rail will be preheated when it advances, so that when the edge band coated with hot melt glue is bonded to the wood, hot melt glue It can be fully blended with the wood and then glued to the board.

 4. Double-sided glue coating. Improve the gluing organization of the edge banding machine. Choose the method of gluing the plate and the edge band together. After citing the national utility model patent technology, the plate and the edge band are heated and glued together to ensure the plate and edge banding. The two glued surfaces of the strips are soaked, glued and interlocked with each other. The strength of pvc edge banding is doubled than that of the original one-sided glued edge banding, which completely compensates for the weak bonding of the edge banding machine due to the severe cold weather. The edge banding machine is suitable for different climates, different edge bands and different hot melt adhesives.
